Privacy notice

The form collects your name, region, contact details, and the business outcome, current workflow, tools, approval points, and timing you choose to provide. A business name is optional.

We also record the form language, source page, submission time, handling status, and necessary notification state. Do not submit passwords, keys, verification codes, identity documents, or other login credentials.

We use this information only to assess whether Liuma fits your situation, reply, prepare a possible pilot proposal, and manage follow-up. Registration does not confirm an order, price, or delivery commitment.

A new registration may trigger a minimal internal alert. The alert includes only a reference, form language, contact-channel type, submission time, and workspace link. Full contact details and request content remain in a protected internal workspace.

Registrations that do not proceed and receive no response are reviewed and ordinarily deleted within 90 days. Records that enter an active discussion or pilot are handled under later written terms and genuine business needs.

To access, correct, or delete your registration, email privacy@liumateam.com. We will verify the original contact detail to prevent accidental deletion. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or other login credentials.

The Liuma website and pilot-interest registration are operated by 双流数位云科信息技术咨询工作室. Liuma remains in an early pilot stage, and this notice will be updated as deployment locations, service scope, or operations change.
